Reserve Residents:

If you have a maintenance emergency, such as air conditioner going out, during non-business hours, please call 865-531-1000, and speak with the answering service! They will dispatch the on-call maintenance team and you don't have to wait until the next day. If you leave a voicemail with the office it will not be received until the following day! We want to keep our great residents happy!!
